We are situated just five minutes from West Worthing Station, with complimentary private parking available directly outside for a seamless arrival. Yes. All appointments at Carolyn Anne’s Bridal are private and by appointment only, ensuring every bride receives a calm, uninterrupted and personalised bridal experience. 

Yes, we charge a £25 redeemable booking fee for bridal appointments. Your appointment is with our designer directly and includes a styling consultation. This fee is fully redeemable against your wedding dress purchase. The booking fee helps us maintain exclusive appointment availability and reduces last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Your private bridal appointment is a relaxed designer-led experience where you can explore our exclusive collections, discuss styles, try gowns and receive expert guidance tailored to your vision, shape and preferences. Appointments also include refreshments, celebration moments and a calm luxury atmosphere designed entirely around you.

Appointments are typically around 2 hours, allowing plenty of time to explore styles comfortably without feeling rushed. 

We recommend bringing a small supportive bridal party whose opinions you trust most to help keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Our boutique can comfortably seat 4 guests. Please contact us if you have more so we can do our best to accommodate you.

We offer appointments 7 days per week between 11am and 9pm but are limited due to high demand, due to our exclusive design service so please allow enough time to book in. We recommend 10 months before your wedding date but we can offer priority rush orders.

Absolutely! We are the UK's definitive destination for size-inclusive luxury, showcasing wedding dress samples from 6 - 36 and specialising in sizes 16+. Our wedding dresses can be tried on by all size brides with clamps and clips used for any samples not fitting. Our dresses are designed specifically to provide an enjoyable try on experience for every size bride.

Pricing depends on the level of service you require as we offer 3 pricing tiers, but our brand new made to proportion wedding dresses which save you up to £600 in alterations start at £1,500. 

Yes, our wedding dresses are made from lots of different fabrics so you get to try them on against your skin. We also have swatch charts showcasing 150 colour choices for wedding dresses and 171 colour choices for bridesmaid dresses, so you never have to order blindly or risk receiving the wrong shade. 

We have sizes 6-36 in stock but particularly specialise plus size bridal, so display most of our samples 16–36 with carefully selected styles designed to flatter curvier body shapes beautifully. 

Yes. Every appointment is completely private and exclusively yours for a relaxed luxury experience. 

Yes. Our gowns are thoughtfully designed with proportion, balance and support in mind rather than simply scaling standard designs into larger sizes. 

Yes absolutely! Most of our brides comment how lovely it was to be able to try on so many plus size wedding dresses. We have intentionally crafted our gowns as plus sizes to solve the biggest problem in bridal.(Too many unrealistic tiny sizes in other bridal shops) Every size bride deserves an enjoyable experience and feel the magic of trying on wedding dresses. We will never squeeze a bride into our dresses and we clamp and clip dresses to show brides how the dress will look once fitted in their exact size.

Yes. Many bespoke brides combine elements such as the top of one gown with the skirt of another or refine details to create a unique final design.

We recommend reserving your gown 10 months before your wedding date. Here is how we ensure a seamless, stress-free experience:

Your gown is created using the measurements taken at the time of ordering. If body measurements change during production, any additional alterations required would remain the responsibility of the bride. 

Yes. Final refinements and alterations are carried out by our experienced haute couture seamstress with over 35 years of expertise in luxury bridal fitting and garment alterations.
