By placing an order with Carolyn Anne’s Bridal for a custom wedding dress, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All custom-made dresses are due to be paid in full when we secure with the dressmaker, made to order and are non-refundable.
   
• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
   
  • Change of mind
     
  • Disliking the final design upon arrival
     
  • Wedding cancellations or postponements
     
  • Personal circumstances
  • Size changes
     

• Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
   
• If you choose to cancel your order before production begins, a non-refundable deposit (or full payment, if already made) will be retained.
   

• Dresses are made to the measurements provided at the time of order.
   
• Any weight gain or loss following the order is the sole responsibility of the client.
   
• Carolyn Anne’s Bridal is not liable for any changes in fit resulting from body measurement fluctuations after your order has been confirmed.
   

• Alterations are not included in the price of your custom gown.
   
• You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any alterations needed once your gown is received.
   
• We strongly recommend budgeting for alterations with a qualified bridal seamstress.
   

• Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve design choices before production begins.
   
• By approving the design, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the concept and direction of the final product.
   
• Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the garment for example lace placements may differ to accommodate the custom style changes and are not grounds for refund or complaint. On a very rare occasion, should a particular lace get discontinued then the dressmaker will use an almost identical lace for your dress.
• Your dress will be made to the same style as the original unless the bride requests any changes which are noted in the order confirmation email.
   

• Once your gown is ready, it will be carefully checked for quality purposes and we will arrange a fitting with us, so we can advise if any adjustments are needed with a seamstress.

• Your fitting is when you will see your dress for the first time and try it on. This is the time to tell us if you are unhappy with anything as once you have left our bridal boutique, we are no longer responsible for your dress.
   
• We recommend booking your try-on and any alteration appointments as soon as your dress arrives.
   

• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
   
• These policies are in place to protect the integrity of our bespoke design service and to ensure a fair and transparent process for all clients.
