Private Consultation
You receive a two-hour luxury styling appointment in our private bridal sanctuary, where you work directly with the designer to explore styles, proportions and possibilities.
The Realistic Try On Experience
Try our size inclusive samples from 6 - 36, Most are size 16+ for a realistic and enjoyable try on experience for every size bride.
Design Direction
We offer 3 tiers of luxury, Made to order, Customised or Bespoke using real wedding dresses as inspiration. Whichever path you choose, your design is refined through our tactile process, ensuring clarity and confidence.
Made To Your Proportions
We take your measurements of shoulder to floor including wedding day shoes, bust, waist and hips. This ensures your dress will accommodate your unique shape whilst saving you extensive alterations costs.
3 Months Production Time
Your chosen wedding dress will now enter production, as we collaborate with and directly lead our team of elite international artisans, overseeing your design at every stage. After an exceptional three-month production period, your beautifully crafted, perfectly fitting wedding dress will arrive at our bridal house.
The Final Reveal
It's time for your final reveal. You will come to us for your private fitting and when we unzip the wedding dress bag you will see your beautiful dress for the first time and step into it to feel it against your skin.
The Expert Fitting
Once you’re standing in your dress, we’ll talk about how you feel and ensure you’re completely happy. We’ll then assess the fit and professionally advise if any adjustments are needed. Around 99% of our brides require no alterations, thanks to our made-to-proportion approach, while a small number may need minor adjustments if measurements have changed.

Lead times, Payments and Refunds
Normal Lead Times
Construction begins approximately 7 months before your wedding, with your dress arriving in the boutique around 4 months prior to your date. This timeframe allows a 16-week window for any necessary alterations and ensures your wedding dress is completed with care, precision and calm, never rushed. if you do not have 10 months before your wedding , please talk to us and we will still help you the best we can.
Payment
Your wedding dress must be secured 10 months prior to your wedding date to guarantee your production slot and fabric allocation. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Upon request, we offer a split option of 50% at 10 months and 50% at 7 months when your wedding dress enters production.
Refund Policy
All wedding dresses are made to order, customised or bespoke. For this reason, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, dissatisfaction upon arrival, wedding postponement or cancellation. By securing your wedding dress, you are committing to a personalised piece created exclusively for you. No refunds. No exceptions.
