Redeemable Booking Fee
£25.00
To secure your private 2-hour bridal appointment, we charge a redeemable £25 booking fee. This helps protect appointment availability, reduce no-shows and ensures every bride receives dedicated time, expert designer-led guidance and a personalised styling consultation. Your booking fee is fully redeemable against your gown purchase during your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. To arrange your appointment, simply pay your booking fee securely and contact us to organise a mutually convenient time to visit us.
